Definitions

Before we delve into the policy details, let's clarify some key terms:

• Sale Price: The price of the course you have purchased.
• Kit: The hardware components provided with the course, including a VR box and IOT KIT.
• Course Start Date: The date when your enrolled course begins.
• Processing Fee: Refers to the applicable fee when returning the Kit in specific conditions.

Refund Process

If you have decided to discontinue your course, we offer a straightforward refund process:

Within one week of the Course Start Date, you may request a refund by informing our course team in writing about your decision to exit.

Refund Amount

The amount eligible for a refund is determined by the timing of your request and is subject to the following conditions:

• Before Course Start Date: If your refund request is made before the Course Start Date, we will issue a full refund, deducting only the Processing Fee.
• Within 7 Days of Course Start Date: If you request a refund within 7 days of the Course Start Date, we will provide a refund after deducting Rs.1000 and the Processing Fee.
• After 7 Days of Course Start Date: Unfortunately, no refund will be granted if the request is made after 7 days from the Course Start Date.
